Delayed baggage
If you don't receive your checked bag when you arrive, report it as soon as possible so we can help locate your bag and get it to you as quickly as possible. You can report delayed baggage at the airport or online.
At the airport, report the delay at the service desk in the baggage claim area. If the desk isn't open, you can file a delayed baggage report online within 7 days of your flight’s arrival. Once you file a report, you can track the status of your bag.
You can track the status of your delayed baggage using your PIR number.
